What kind of ID do I need to provide?
The type of identification you'll need to provide depends on your where you work, but your ID must show your name and affiliation to your employer or professional qualification. To find out what ID we'll accept for your role, please visit our eligibility criteria page.
Can I see a list of your brands and discounts?
We don’t publicly display our discounts because we’ve committed to keeping our offers exclusively for our member community to access.
Are my details secure?
Absolutely! We take data privacy and protection very seriously. We securely delete any ID that you upload to verify your eligibility as soon as your account is approved and utilise the latest encryption technologies to protect your personal information.
Is this an ongoing subscription?
No. Blue Light Card costs a one-off payment of $9.95 for a two-year membership. Every two years you’ll be eligible for renewal and you’ll need to provide your ID for another eligibility check (in case you changed jobs or left the industry and so we can keep this exclusive to first responders and essential workers) and then be asked to make another $9.95 payment for another two years of membership.
