Terms and Conditions
  1. These terms and conditions (the Terms) apply to the Blue Light Card - Shop for your chance to win a $1,000 Shopping Card from THE ICONIC (the Promotion) and will prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including online or in-store advertising or promotional materials relating to the Promotion. Information on prizes and how to enter forms part of these Terms. By entering the Promotion, each entrant is considered to have accepted these Terms.
  2. The promoter is Blue Light Card Pty Ltd, Suite 20.03, Level 20, 31 Market Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 (the Promoter).
  3. The Promotion is open to Blue Light Card members with a Blue Light Card account aged 18 and above and resident in: New South Wales; Victoria; South Australia; Western Australia; Tasmania; Northern Territory; or Australian Capital Territory (Eligible Entrants). Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter are ineligible to enter. Residents of Queensland are also ineligible to enter.
  4. The Promotion opens at 10:00am AEDT on 25 February 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 11 March 2026 (the Promotional Period).
  5. A purchase is required to take part in the Promotion, with such purchases to be at their normal retail value. There is no minimum purchase amount required to qualify for entry into the Promotion.
  6. To enter, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotional Period:
    1. Login to their Blue Light Card account through the Blue Light Card website or mobile application;
    2. Redeem any Blue Light Card online-only offer by completing one of the following qualifying actions:
      1. successfully apply the relevant discount code at checkout when making a purchase using an online-only offer; or
      2. purchase a Shopping Card through the Blue Light Card platform; and
    3. Make a Qualifying Purchase using the selected Blue Light Card online-only offer.
  7. For the purposes of this Promotion, a “Qualifying Purchase” means any purchase made using an online-only Blue Light Card offer that is completed, paid for, and not cancelled or refunded during the Promotional Period.
  8. All Eligible Entrants who complete the steps set out at 6 shall be entered into a draw, winners will be selected randomly.
  9. Each Qualifying Purchase made during the Promotional Period will qualify for one (1) entry into the Promotion.
  10. The prize draw will take place at 11:00am on Monday, 16 March 2026 at Blue Light Card Pty Ltd, Suite 20.03, Level 20, 31 Market Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 using random selection number generator. The first two valid entries drawn will be the winners of the prizes specified below.
  11. The prize for each of the two winners will be a $1,000 THE ICONIC Shopping Card, which may be used at THE ICONIC both in-store and online.
  12. The prize is subject to third party terms and conditions which you must comply with when using the prize. Please check the terms and conditions on the prize carefully for any limitations or validity periods for redemption. Unfortunately, we are unable to extend the validity period of any prizes and will not be responsible for expired prizes or limitations imposed by a third party supplier or merchants at the point of redemption.
  13. Winners will be notified via email by the Promoter within 2 days of being selected as a winner. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact winners. In the event that a winner cannot be contacted, a re-draw will take place one month after the initial draw. Winner’s first name, initials of their surname and State will also be published in Blue Light Card’s marketing emails and on Facebook and Instagram. Once contact has been made with each winner, their prize will be delivered within 30 days of the draw date.
  14. The total RRP of the prize pool is $2,000. All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Promotion.
  15. If the Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
  16. Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in any State or Territory (the Non-Excludable Guarantees). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability for any personal injury; or any loss or damage whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner, or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
  17. The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to the Shopping Card providers for the purpose of fulfilling the prize, as well as agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use, and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed here. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant only where specific consent for these activities has been provided in advance in accordance with privacy, Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and associated laws and regulations. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. The Promoter will not disclose PI to any entity outside of Australia.
  18. Except where prohibited by law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of New South Wales, Australia. All participants consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
