Terms and Conditions
- These terms and conditions (the Terms) apply to the [Spend & Win November 2025] promotion (the Promotion) and will prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including online or in-store advertising or promotional materials relating to the Promotion. Information on prizes and how to enter forms part of these Terms. By entering the Promotion, each entrant is considered to have accepted these Terms.
- The promoter is Blue Light Card Pty Ltd, Suite 03, Level 20, 31 Market Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 (the Promoter).
- The Promotion is open to Blue Light Card members with a Blue Light Card account aged 18 and above and resident in: New South Wakes; Victoria; South Australia; Western Australia; Tasmania; Northern Territory; or Australian Capital Territory (Eligible Entrants). Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or of the Woolworths Group are ineligible to enter. Residents of Queensland are also ineligible to enter.
- The Promotion opens at 10:00am AEDT on 3 November 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT 9 November 2025 (the Promotional Period).
- A purchase is required to take part in the Promotion, with such purchases to be at their normal retail value.
- To enter, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotional Period:
- Login to their Blue Light Card account; and
- Purchase one of the following Woolworths Group and Partner eGift cards with a minimum value of $5 (inclusive of GST) to receive two entries into the draw:
- Woolworths Supermarket;
- BIG W;
- Dan Murphy’s;
- BWS;
- EG; and
- Everyday WISH
- (each an eGift Card); or
- Make any purchase via the Blue Light Card mobile application or website from brands that exclude the above to receive one entry into the draw.
- All Eligible Entrants who complete the steps set out at 6 shall be entered into a draw on the following day of their purchase, with winners selected randomly.
- The draw will take place at Blue Light Card Pty Ltd, Suite 03, Level 20, 31 Market Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 using random selection number generator. The first three valid entries drawn will be the winner of the prize specified below.
- The prize for the winner drawn (3 in total) will be a $500 Woolworths Supermarket eGift Card.
- Winners will be notified via email by the Promoter within 2 days of being selected as a winner. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact winners. In the event that a winner cannot be contacted, a re-draw will take place one month after the initial draw. Winners initial, surname and postcode will also be published in Blue Light Card’s website or marketing emails. Once contact has been made with each winner, their prize will be sent by email within 7 days of the relevant draw.
- The total RRP of the prize pool is $1,500. All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Promotion.
- If the Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
- Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in any State or Territory (the Non-Excludable Guarantees). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability for any personal injury; or any loss or damage whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner, or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.
- The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to the eGift Card providers for the purpose of fulfilling the prize, as well as agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed here. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant only where specific consent for these activities has been provided in advance in accordance with privacy, Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and associated laws and regulations. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. The Promoter will not disclose PI to any entity outside of Australia.
- Except where prohibited by law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of New South Wales, Australia. All participants consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any delay or failure by the third party to deliver the prize, any delay or failure relating to the prize itself or failure by the third party to meet any of its obligations in these terms and conditions or otherwise.
- Woolworths Group Limited ABN 88 000 014 675 is the issuer of the Woolworths Group & Partner eGift Card, but is not the promoter of the offer, nor responsible for fulfilment of the offer terms. Woolworths Group & Partner eGift Cards have no expiry date and are redeemable at participating stores only.
