Are you a practice manager?

To reward your practice for their hard work and loyalty, simply:

1. Open the Dental Practice Employee Details template and download a copy as a csv file to add your practice's details.
2. Enter the following information:
   1. First and last name
   2. Email address
   3. Practice
3. Save the completed Dental Practice Employee Details template, send it to support@bluelightcard.com.au and our friendly team will schedule the upload.
4. Once your employees details have been sent across they'll each receive an email to verify their account and start saving!

Are you a dentist?

To sign up individually, simply:

1. Visit our sign up page or download the app.
2. Upload your proof of eligibility (see accepted eligibility criteria below).
3. Pay a one-off fee of $9.95 for two years
4. Log in and start saving everyday!
