We want you to make your money go further and help you get the most out of every shop so keeping offers safe from misuse is super important.
Sharing discount codes publicly with non-members (even if they claim to qualify for a Blue Light Card) undermines our relationships with the amazing range of brands we work with.
We only want the best for our members, but code sharing puts all of the Blue Light community at risk of losing a discount. Our brand partners can take the decision to remove that offer if codes are leaked.
As outlined in our terms and conditions, we reserve the right to permanently revoke their Blue Light Card membership and access to our website and app. This also applies to anyone found sharing codes for discounted or complimentary event tickets.
If you see Blue Light Card codes being shared publicly, outside of our website or app, please log in to your Blue Light Card account, and click ‘Report code leak’ under the My Account tab. This really does help us to keep our codes secure for your exclusive use only.
